District 22 is one of the most densely populated areas of Singapore comprising areas like Boon Lay, Jurong and Tuas. Located to the west of the city state, the industrial town is mainly home to the working class. The public transportation with feeder bus services ferry workers from Tuas to nearby MRT Stations in Boon Lay, Chinese Gardens and Jurong East. Many recent residential launches in District 22 are bound to appreciate in value and are currently the hot favourites amongst locals, foreigners and investors.
