District 23 which covers Dairy Farm, Choa Chu Kang and Bukit Panjang is tucked away from the bustle of the city and surrounded by lush greenery. Choa Chu Kung offers a wide variety of facilities and amenities. It is famous for its shopping centres, supermarkets, schools and restaurants offering a variety of cuisines. Several HDB estates, condominiums and land properties with unique themes have emerged in District 23 over the last few decades to appeal to different buyers. The homes set on the lap of Mother Nature are especially preferred by those who enjoy natural beauty and the outdoors.
